Berlin’de düzenlenen IHIF EMEA 2025, sektörün küresel nabzını tuttu. “Own the Moment” temasıyla gerçekleşen forumda, yatırımcı katılımı geçen yıla göre %15 arttı. Investor Appetite Returns in Berlin – IHIF 2025

IHIF EMEA 2025 (31 March–2 April, Berlin) brought together the CEOs of major hotel chains and leading investors under the theme “Own the Moment.” Another key highlight of the year will be R&R 2025 in Athens on 11–13 November, where the theme “Powering Return on Experience” will put the spotlight on experience-led growth in resort and branded residence investments.

Held in Berlin, IHIF EMEA 2025 once again set the global pulse of the industry. Under the Own the Moment theme, investor participation increased by 15% compared to last year. Senior executives from major hotel groups (Marriott, Accor, IHG, Hyatt, Radisson), financial institutions, and funds gathered to discuss expectations of interest rate cuts, re-globalisation, improved profitability, and a rebound in deal activity.
