Daha önce, otelin satışı için Haziran ayında da ihale yapılmıştı.
10 katlı otelin ilk satış ihalesi 26 Ocak 2023 tarihinde saat 14.00’de, ikinci satış ihalesi ise 28 Şubat 2023 tarihinde saat 14.00’te Eskişehir Adalet Sarayı’nda 1 nolu ihale masasında yapılacak.
